The Future of the NHS

During the Covid crisis the NHS has proven to be an essential and loved pillar of our society.  How can we learn from the crisis to ensure it remains effective and dynamic?

Centralisation v decentralisation, what are the benefits and risk? Is it better to focus on prevention or cure?  How can we ensure the NHS is effectively staffed and what are the new innovations on the horizon which can change the way we care for health in the future?
